Maroun Chedid celebrated 30 years of passion and excellence in a lavish event at his headquarters in Beirut. With more than 1200 guests of dignitaries, politicians, local and international chefs, F&B experts and the media; guests were invited to discover the three different spaces: Ritage Signature, which included a beautiful 3D –Mapping telling the story of the Chef through the three women that have touched his life. The Maroun Chedid Cooking Academy housing Georgette’s table, which included the seasons’ best ingredients and terroir products, with live cooking in the three labs reserved for guests. The third and last space: Ritage Garden, which had a body-painted live model in the shape of the rose that is so dear to the Chef’s heart. Beirut, Lebanon

Maroun Chedid is named the first Nespresso Chef ambassador in the Middle East. Speaking of this collaboration, Maroun explained “Nespresso stands for some of the best coffee in the world and this is no surprise given the care and attention that goes into producing it. As a friend of the brand, I am excited to begin this culinary partnership and start using more of its products to create dishes that reflect the best that we both have to offer. Ritage Garden opens its doors in the heart of Beirut. This urban garden with its whimsical atmosphere offers a carefully curated all-day menu serving up unexpectedly playful dishes that highlight the Mediterranean's exceptional ingredients and seasons. It creates a unique al fresco dining experience in the summer and transforms into a wonderful winter garden as the weather gets colder.
